EXECUTIVE SEARCH
In the research phase, we distinguish ourselves by the exhaustiveness of our process: we never limit ourselves to the obvious candidates. After a shortlist of potential targets has been agreed, we tightly manage the screening process, providing timely and accurate feedback to clients and candidates. Once a candidate has been selected, we assist in the crucial negotiations and resignation stage and remain close to the candidate until his/her starting date. We do not consider a search closed until the right candidate’s first day in the role.
CAREER PLANNING & ADVICE
In an increasingly competitive work and career environment a thorough thought process and targeted preparation is crucial for a positive outcome of a potential career change. We offer sessions of career planning and advice. This can be for individuals who are considering a change or who are already in a job transition process or individuals who are applying for a job for the first time. We do everything from helping with the making of a professional and presentable CV and interview preparation to general career planning and advice. Sessions can be booked an hour at a time or in groups of 3 or 5 sessions. We are flexible on time and location (in London) and offer sessions during work hours, in the evenings and over the weekend.
